Q: When can I expect my order? 

A: Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order. Some products, for example semi-custom or custom Cap Collectors, may take a little longer due to the required production time (see the respective product page for more info). Delivery times will vary depending on your location (we ship from Boulder, Colorado). We generally ship via USPS priority mail (2-3 delivery days), but may opt to use a courier depending on the package dimensions and weight (Cap Collectors ship via FedEx, which generally takes 2-7 days).  If in doubt, drop us an email at sales@cbhound.com

Q: What's the best way to get in touch if I have a question?

A: Drop us an email at sales@cbhound.com. Email is usually the most reliable and fastest way to reach us as we are often in our (loud) workshop during the day.   

Q: I've made a terrible mistake... how do I cancel my order?

A: We all make mistakes, not to worry. Just get in touch with our sales team as soon as you can at sales@cbhound.com. We strive to send orders as quickly as possible, so the clock’s ticking! (Mind you, if it does get sent, just send it back for a refund).

Q: It's just not what I wanted (or it's faulty), what about returns and refunds?

A: Just email our sales team within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do a return for you ASAP, whether it’s for a refund or a replacement (sales@cbhound.com). Simple as that. For our full returns policy, click here.  

Q: I've got a CBH Gift Card. Where do I enter the code?

A: Once you’ve loaded up your basket, head through to the checkout. In the section just before you enter your card details there’s a spot for your voucher code, which will be automatically deducted from your total, as if by magic.
